Maquina Deep
Release date: 22nd June 2011
East London music producer Leisuregroove has been making sweet, sweet music since 2002 when he made the transition from producing UK garage to house music. Since then he has been hitting up the charts in many countries with tracks including Fallen Angel, Burning Up and Everybody Dance, his collaboration with Hoxton Whores Kevin Andrews.
Collaborating regularly with both Kevin Andrews and Rustem Rustem, Leisuregroove is now signed to labels including 303Lovers, Subliminal, World Sound, Maquina Music, East Van Digital, Lickin’ Records, Intech Records, Digital Disco Records, Axis Trax, Serotonin Digital, Double Shock Recordings & Decadent Recordings.
Monkey is Leisuregrooves first track on the Maquina Music label, attracting support before its release from Chris Lake, Tiesto, Markus Schulz, Groove Armada & Erick Morillo to name a few!
Hang loose as Monkeys relaxed groove, smooth vocal cuts and warm pads take you to sunnier climes. Gentle touches of percussion and swelling loops of balmy melody are set against a broad range of tech-infused drums with edgy results.
The soulful choppy vocal and disco-pumped synthlines make this a perfectly laid-back set-builder which is sure to inject a sunny disposition into the start of your mix or into your day if thats the way you roll!
