Clark County prosecutors have charged rocker Vince Neil with battery-domestic violence and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors, after he allegedly poked his ex-girlfriend and others at the Las Vegas Hilton in March.
Ex-girlfriend and entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs was with several friends who witnessed the Motley Crue frontman’s obscenity-laced tirade on Jacobs and the poking during the March 24 incident. Jacobs suffered a bruise, a photo of which was posted on the gossip website TMZ.com.
Neil has denied ever touching Jacobs, according to the website.

Rebecca Black’s omnipresent “Friday” has been dubbed “The Worst Song Ever” by many and is officially the most “disliked” video on YouTube. (With 1.2 million “dislikes,” it beats Justin Bieber‘s “Baby” by almost 80,000.) But all this isn’t stopping the man behind the song from speaking out. March 22nd marked the first major-label release for Vancouver band, Art of Dying. In conjunction with the release of Vices and Virtues the single, “Die Trying,” is being offered for free download as the iTunes “Single of the week.”
